In 2024, I began the habit of keeping a diary - partly to make sense of certain moments in my life, and partly to better understand how I felt in the middle of them. I try to write honestly, observing events as clearly as I can while reflecting on the emotions they stir up.
Over time, I started wondering if others might relate to these thoughts and experiences. That quiet urge to feel seen - and to create space for others to feel seen too - grew stronger.
I believe that vulnerability can be a bridge to connection. So, I decided to publish (aprts of) my diary. Maybe you’ll recognize yourself in some entries. Or maybe you’re just here for the quiet drama of everyday life, which, I’ll admit, can be oddly entertaining in hindsight.
P.S. Feel free to take what resonates, laugh at the cringey moments, and sit with whatever insights emerge. Just remember: everyone views the world through their own lens. So please, keep an open mind as you read.
